V12 Band (19:00 – 20:00)
V12 was founded by Journey South’s Carl Pemberton and has played to thousands of people at festivals, high profile events and large music venues.
The band typically plays a mix of `70’s , `80s, `90’s & `00’s
Carl – better knowns as one half of Journey South, Carl and his brother Andy took the UK by Storm after reaching the live finals on ITV’s second series of The X Factor. Their acclaimed album hit No.1 in the Official Albums Chart resulting in two hugely successful tours. Carl has performed many times internationally and is especially notable for his powerful voice, mean guitar and bold stage presence. he is now V12’s frontman providing lead vocals, acoustic and electric guitars.
Jason – With years of gigging experience under his best, Jason has played in many bands. Gigs and tours have taken him around the country and overseas, plus his love of music shines through in the variety of playing styles that he brings to bear. Using light and shade, he channels Funk and Rock into the bass section.
Adam – With 18 years’ experience in previous bands as a drummer, Adam has performed and toured in all corners of the UK and Ireland. Having covered a diverse range of styles including Ska, Indi, Folk and Rock, his love of music draws inspiration from across a wide musical spectrum.
The Sleeze Sisters (17:30 – 18:30)
The Sleeze Sisters are currently the hottest ticket in town. You are always guaranteed a great night of high octane entertainment as the sisters strut there way through hit after hit ranging from the 70’s through to the current charts. The sisters are well established session musicians so you can expect to hear faithfully reconstructed songs played to the very highest standard, the sisters are guaranteed to make any party go with a bang. Whilst Big Hair, Big Heels, Enhanced Cod Pieces are the order of the day, the Sleeze Sisters should not be pigeon holed as a Glam Band.
They perform thunderous versions of songs by Blackfoot Sue, Jo Jo Gunne, Alex Harvey, Mott the Hoople, Bowie and Alice Cooper as well as old favorites by Slade, T.Rex, Sweet, Mungo Jerry, and Peter Frampton. If you go to one gig this year, make sure you check out the Sisters. We guarantee you’ll leave with a smile on your face and an annoying anthem that you can’t get out of your head

Over the years, Mike Memphis has perfected his on-stage persona to bring you closer to Elvis than ever before. With experience playing in locations worldwide, Mike Memphis guarantees an unforgettable day for all.
At it’s core – Strictly Smokin’ is a big band. We’re incredibly lucky to have the finest array of commercial musicians in Newcastle playing with the band.
The big band regularly plays jazz clubs and festivals around the UK, but is equally qualified to perform for functions with it’s numerous line ups.

The Doo Wop Dollies are a vintage loving female singing group, bringing you the best songs from the 1920’s, 30’s and 40’s

Dave Lynas 13:00 – 15:00 (Hall)
Dave Lynas is a singer, songwriter and guitarist from the Northeast UK. Daves deep vocals and unique guitar sounds combine to create a rich and entertaining set from Indie to rock to chart to stuff of legend.
