The Sleeze Sisters (Time-tbc)

The Sleeze Sisters are currently the hottest ticket in town. You are always guaranteed a great night of high octane entertainment as the sisters strut there way through hit after hit ranging from the 70’s through to the current charts. The sisters are well established session musicians so you can expect to hear faithfully reconstructed songs played to the very highest standard, the sisters are guaranteed to make any party go with a bang. Whilst Big Hair, Big Heels, Enhanced Cod Pieces are the order of the day, the Sleeze Sisters should not be pigeon holed as a Glam Band.

They perform thunderous versions of songs by Blackfoot Sue, Jo Jo Gunne, Alex Harvey, Mott the Hoople, Bowie and Alice Cooper as well as old favorites by Slade, T.Rex, Sweet, Mungo Jerry, and Peter Frampton. If you go to one gig this year, make sure you check out the Sisters. We guarantee you’ll leave with a smile on your face and an annoying anthem that you can’t get out of your head

The Pre-Amps (16:00 – 17:00)

The Pre-Amps are a 4-piece British 1960s-influenced Pop/Rock band from Newcastle upon Tyne, England.

They specialise in performing covers from the 1960s, covering the likes of The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Small Faces, The Who, The Kinks, The Hollies and The Monkees to name but a few, whilst combining distinctive 1960s-style vocal harmonies and retro Rock & Roll instrumentation to create a real nostalgic experience that’s sure to get you up dancing!

Known locally for their impressive vocal harmonies, The Pre-Amps have made a big impression on the North East music scene since touring the local pub/club circuit and spent time furthering this in the North West during 2017-2020 whilst studying Music Production at Edge Hill University in Ormskirk, Lancashire.

They gained great exposure after playing on the front stage at the world-famous Cavern Club, Liverpool for the first time in March 2018 and supported the Small Fakers in the Cavern Club Live Lounge in March 2019, subsequently being asked to return by the venue on several occasions.

 Fletcher, Taylor & Crown (13:00 – 15:00) – Indoor Stage

Following a brilliant debut at our 2016 festival and a return fixture in 2017 & 2018, Terry Fletcher and Sean Taylor are coming back to to play a relaxed set in our Bar/Hall area on Saturday 1st May 2021.

Terry Fletcher and Sean Taylor, formerly known as Los Twangeros (no-one knows why) have been joined by percussionist Paul Crown and are now known by the rather unoriginal and unimaginative name of “Fletcher, Taylor, Crown”.
Although the line-up of acoustic guitar and bass now has added percussion, the songs are still excellent covers of classics by James Taylor, Elvis Costello, Van Morrison, Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Tom Waites, Bruce Springsteen, Joe Jackson, and many more, including one or two original songs.
An excellent morning, afternoon or evening’s entertainment is guaranteed.
