All stage times/line-ups are listed on our Summer Fest event page.

Is there parking available?
What does my entry ticket include?
Your entry ticket includes entry to the Clubhouse and Festival Music Marquee (It does not include food or drinks).
Are entry tickets available on the day?
This is all very much dependent on stock levels and whether that specific day has sold out in advance. Once a day is sold out then unfortunately there won’t be any tickets available on the day.
How do I purchase a drink?
All food and drinks can be purchased using cash or card.
I'm not too keen on Ciders or Lagers, are other beverages available?
In addition to our pop-up festival bars (Cider, Premium Lager, Fizz, Gin and Prosecco Cocktails), we have two permanent bars located in the bar/hall and Lounge areas which sell a fine array of draught drinks, spirits, wines, soft drinks and hot drinks.
Can we bring our own alcohol to the festival?
Please be aware, in line with ‘large event security’ we conduct bag searches. This is for your protection and to ensure we adhere to the strict terms of our licence, where you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol into the grounds or premises of the rugby club. Any alcohol found at the these searches will be confiscated, held by the security team and returned to you when you leave.
If you are found consuming your own alcohol in the grounds you will asked to leave and no refunds will be made.
Gateshead RFC events are dependent on the close working relationship we have with the local and licensing authorities and we are not prepared to risk this. We know you will find a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks both in the club bar and the marcquee, so please leave your own alcohol at home. We appreciate your help with this and are sure you will have a great day.
Is there food available at the festival?
There certainly is, food court can be found at the rear of the music tent, the guys in the kitchen are working hard to put on a great choice of food with plenty of vegetarian choices for you all to enjoy.
We have a great selection of dishes including stonebaked pizza’s.
More dishes & info coming soon!
